Bruce McMahon
Chief Product Officer
As Chief Product Officer at CallMiner, Bruce is responsible for product management, strategy, and roadmap. He has over 15 years of experience in product management and software development and has played key product leadership roles through various stages, from startup to major industry players. Prior to CallMiner, Bruce was the was the Head of Product at KMI, an enterprise SaaS software company, leading the product organization in developing simple, easy to use analytics and risk management products. Bruce has a BA degree from Simon Fraser University, and an MBA from the University of Newcastle.

Brian Knueppel
Sr. Solutions Architect
Brian is a Senior Solutions Consultant with CallMiner. He has been with CallMiner for 5 years working on proof of concepts (PoCs) and supports our customers with product advice and technical challenges.

Quincy Yuen
Sr. Director, Solutions Architect
As the leader of the Solutions Consultant team at CallMiner, Quincy works with his team to best demonstrate the capabilities of the CallMiner solution and how they address the business needs of customers to deliver ROI. The team shows this via product demonstrations, as well as “test drives” where actual prospect and customer data is analyzed in a CallMiner system. Quincy has over 17 years of experience in conversation analytics.

Tom Wendt
SVP Sales
Tom Wendt is the Sr. Vice President of Sales for CallMiner, joining the company in 2012. Tom has over 20 years of leading and growing high technology sales teams. Tom is responsible for sales and growth within CallMiner’s installed customer base, including expansion into other lines of business. Prior to joining CallMiner, Tom worked at Nuance Communications in various sales leadership roles involving contact center and speech recognition solutions. Tom holds a Business of Administration degree from Saint Michael’s College in Winooski, VT.

Alexis Kitchen
Director, Product Management
Alexis is a Director of Product Operations at CallMiner, where she represents the voice of the customer while launching new features. Previously a Product Manager and Business Intelligence Analyst at CallMiner, Alexis has worked hand-in-hand with customers to utilize speech analytics to drive ROI initiatives and with development teams to implement respective improvements. She is a certified Agile Product Owner, Six Sigma Green Belt, and CallMiner BIA and has received her certification in business process modelling and simulation.
