Speakers:

Angelica Lunod is a seasoned marketing and events professional with 12+ years of expertise in creating meaningful experiences. Driven by her passion for bringing people together, Angelica has led the production of all types of events in all types of formats, from virtual webinar bootcamps to anime conventions. Angelica is currently pursuing a Master's in Strategic Communication & Innovation from Texas Tech University.
Outside of work, Angelica has a deep love for west coast swing, Latin, and country dancing. Her passports contain stamps to over 40 countries and counting.

Frank Sherlock is the VP for CallMiner International, responsible for expanding CallMiner customer footprint in the region. Based in the UK, Frank has been with CallMiner for four years, during which time we have seen significant business growth in the region. Frank holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Higher National Diploma in Telecommunications engineering.
He has worked in and around the contact centre and customer experience space for the last 20 years, including holding senior roles in companies such as Genesys, Intervoice, Convergys, SoundBite and CallMiner. When not working Frank is an avid fan of Everton FC, where he is a long time season ticket holder, and enjoys golfing.

M.J. has built his career as a product marketing leader in pursuit of three goals: focusing on the customer, collaborating with great technologists, and sharing compelling stories. He’s excited to be part of the team at CallMiner to help advance their leadership position in natural language processing and artificial intelligence to improve customer interactions.
Most recently he led the product marketing team at Acquia, where he had the opportunity to help define and establish Acquia's Digital Experience Platform go-to-market, while working closely with members of the Drupal open source community. He previously has held product marketing and product management leadership positions at Akamai, Adobe, Vignette, AltaVista and multiple early-stage startups.

Jason has been part of interaction analytics through CallMiner for over a decade, both as a customer on the front lines and as a member of the CallMiner team. As Product Manager, Jason is responsible for making sure that our customers are driving value from our platform through real-time notifications and analytics with Alert and agent performance and quality management through Coach.
In addition, Jason has an extensive background in omnichannel analytics, previously as a Business Analyst for CallMiner and in his time as a customer, utilizing Eureka to uncover insights around Customer Experience, Agent Quality, First Call Resolution, Call Avoidance, Sales Efficiency, Handle Time Reduction, and many other topics. Jason is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
